Deliveries & Returns
Delivery to all South African addresses is free of charge. The expected delivery time for items indicated as 'in stock' is 5 working days from receipt of payment. Out of stock items are available on a delayed delivery basis of 4 to 8 weeks.
Additional costs and delivery times to customers outside of South Africa are available on request. Please contact us for more information.
Also note that if an order is cancelled while in transit, the item/s will need to be physically returned to us before we can complete the returns process.
If you are not completely satisfied with your rug, you may return it to us for a full exchange or credit, provided that it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Simply contact us within 3 days of receipt of your items, and we will provide you with a returns reference number and arrange for collection.
Please ensure that you keep the original packaging in order to facilitate the returns process. If you no longer have the original packaging, we can suggest alternatives or send you packaging free of charge.
Notes on returns:
1. Do not fold, staple or tape any surfaces of the rug. Simply roll up and place into the bale material provided.
2. Damaged and/or soiled items will not be accepted for return
3. No returns will be accepted without a reference number.
4. No reference number will be given after the 3 day period has expired.
In the unlikely event of a manufacture fault, the rug may be returned to us for a full exchange or credit. Simply contact us with a description of the fault and a clear photo if possible.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the exchange or credit to be processed.
